She's fresh off of the release of her new movie "Man On a Ledge" and is currently gearing up to promote her sure-to-be blockbuster "The Hunger Games," and Elizabeth Banks is also featured as the cover girl for the March 2012 issue of Women's Health.

The soon-to-be 38-year-old beauty looks fit and fine as she graces the front page in a blue tank top and jeans while the accompanying interview includes Elizabeth's top fitness trick along with a full slate of interesting tidbits about the actress.

"I do this system called TRX. It was developed by a Navy SEAL and is basically a simple cord that you can wrap around something anywhere, anytime, and you use your body weight as resistance. We installed one in our home gym, but you can also attach it to a tree. It's very easy to travel with."

On her preferred libation:
"Pimm's and ginger ale. Makes me very happy."

On what she calls 'awesome':
"Prison rodeos. Google this s**t! I'm dying to go!"

On a former job she hates talking about:
"I did a little modeling, almost exclusively for the Petite Sophisticate catalog ? not very glamorous. But it paid a lot of bills, and we got go to Miami in the winter."

On what makes her bust a gut:
"You'll never see me in a T-shirt that has the body of a skinny lady wearing a bikini. But the fact that it exists really tickles me. And I think it's hilarious when a fat lady wears it. Fat lady wearing it, hilarious. Guy in it, even funnier."

<P>Here in the States, <a href="/news/articles/1677260/madonna-lady-gaga-born-this-way.jhtml">Madonna sat down with ABC News</a> and had some <i>interesting</i> comments about Lady Gaga. In another <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=ukTFzM6Wfdg" target="_blank">interview</a>, on Friday's (January 13) <a href="http://www.bbcamerica.com/the-graham-norton-show/" target="_blank">"The Graham Norton Show,"</a> the singer seemed to take the high road and likened her early days of hustling in New York City to <a href="/music/artist/lady_gaga/artist.jhtml">Gaga</a>'s beginnings. "When I first saw her, I saw her performing at a very small club in Manhattan a couple of years ago, maybe it was like three years ago," she said. "I was actually really impressed by her. I thought she was really cool and she did remind me of me back in the day. I liked her rawness and there was something fresh about there and ballsy, and when she spoke to the audience, she sounded like she had a similar sense of humor to me, quite ironic, and I liked her. So I do think she is very talented." That was really the end of the subject during their chat, other than when Madonna teased the British talk-show host about naming his dog after her. However, when he said his other dog was named Bailey, she quipped, "Not Gaga?" Some of that sentiment was mirrored in Madge's ABC interview, the rest of which airs on Friday's night's <i>20/20</i>. While she did call Gaga's "Born This Way" song "reductive" when asked about comparisons to her own "Express Yourself," she went on to say that she sees a lot of her own work in Gaga's. "I certainly think she references me a lot in her work. And sometimes I think it's amusing and flattering and well-done," she said, later adding that she thinks Gaga is "a very talented artist" and that she's making a "statement about taking something that was in the zeitgeist, you know, 20 years ago and turning it inside out and reinterpreting it." Madonna is currently making the rounds promoting her next album, <a href="/news/articles/1677103/madonna-album-mdna.jhtml"><i>M.D.N.A.,</i></a> as well as <a href="/news/articles/1674125/madonna-we-film-delayed.jhtml">her film "W.E."</a> <i>What do you think of Madonna's Gaga thoughts? Everything from "The Secret Circle" to "2 Broke Girls" to "New Girl" will be back for more fun come the new year. After a break, "Pretty Little Liars" will be back midseason. Will we finally find out who "A" is when season 2 resumes on January 2? Well, only that texting antagonist knows the answer. There are many other mysteries on "The Vampire Diaries" that will also have to be resolved once that show picks up again on January 5. The twosome revealed they were in the family way at the VMAs back in August. Jessica Simpson and her fianc&#233;, Eric Johnson, will also welcome their first little bundle of joy. The news of the pregnancy came after a lot of speculation about <a href="/news/articles/1673485/jessica-simpson-pregnant.jhtml">Simpson's expanding midsection</a>. Now, almost 12 months later, he's once again making some hair-related headlines. </p><div class="player-placeholder right" id="vid:667806" width="240" height="211"></div><p> So, what has Bieber done now that has everyone <i>buzz</i>ing? Well, over the weekend, the Biebs was <a href="http://www.eonline.com/news/justin_biebers_hair_goes_dark_side/286863" target="_blank">spotted in Los Angeles</a> donning much darker hair than his trademark sandy blond. When Bieber cut off his hair last year, MTV News spoke to his <a href="/news/articles/1659195/justin-bieber-haircut.jhtml">hairstylist, Vanessa Price</a>, who told us about his new look, noting that it had a lot to do with Bieber's growing pains. "We knew it was going to be a big deal," Price explained. "We knew it was going to shock fans, but we also knew it was going to be a change in terms of growing up. I think that's something that people adjust to. "We'd been talking about it for a while and shared some ideas, but literally the day of he was adamant about the haircut. He amped himself up for it," Price continued, before describing his momentary hesitation. "The minute we started cutting, he was like, 'Wait, wait, wait.' He loves it. He's enjoying it." The new hair color coincides with his girlfriend Selena Gomez's hairstyle changes. She recently <a href="https://twitter.com/#!/selenagomez/status/157224232835760130" target="_blank">tweeted</a> a photo of herself sporting multi-colored highlights in her hair. Bieber's new look may be part of a makeover for his upcoming album, <i>Believe,</i> slated for release later this year. He confirmed last week that <a href="/news/articles/1677263/justin-bieber-will-i-am-believe.jhtml">Black Eyed Peas frontman will.i.am</a> will appear on the album. Not only does Bieber want to <a href="/news/articles/1675015/justin-bieber-new-album.jhtml">grow up</a> when it comes to his look but also when it comes to his music. "The only conversation we've had about Justin's album that we're about to do is it's really important that it's the proper transition, because we've seen him [with] 'Baby,' now we're watching him grow up," Bieber's longtime vocal producer Kuk Harrell told MTV News in November. "And we can't just throw him into the adult game right away. It has to be the proper transition."</p>

Registration at Ontario bank surges after singer tweets about one fan's need for a lung transplant.

So when a fan of his reached out to him on Twitter to help spread the word about organ and blood donation, one particular bank quickly saw more and more people in the giving spirit. Belieber Helene Campbell, 20, tweeted the teen star last week about her own struggles (including how she herself needs a lung transplant). Bieber then began tweeting to her and about her, shedding more light on the cause than the fan could have ever anticipated. In the days since the online correspondence, the Ontario-based Trillium Gift of Life Network has seen donations skyrocket to more than 1,200 people, four times the amount the network usually receives. In part it had a lot to do with Bieber, but also the campaign started by Campbell, who suffers from idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. "Helene has done an incredible job inspiring and motivating Ontarians to register their consent to organ and tissue donation. On an average day we would expect about 50 new online registrations," President and CEO Ronnie Gavsie said in a statement on Wednesday (January 25). "Since Helene's campaign began last Thursday, the average has been closer to 200 per day! There are over 1,500 people in Ontario waiting for a lifesaving organ transplant, on behalf of all them and Trillium Gift of Life Network, thank you Helene and thank you Justin Bieber!" Shortly after his initial tweet, she shared with him, "@justinbieber you have made a huge impact, not only on my life, but for many others in need of the gift of life now and in the future!" His response: "@alungstory glad to be able to help. best part of what i do." Bieber's other charity work includes his <a href="/news/articles/1673555/justin-bieber-believe-charity-drive.jhtml"><i>Believe</i> Charity Drive</a> as well as his participation with the <a href="/news/articles/1674628/justin-bieber-new-york-city.jhtml">Pencils of Promise foundation</a>.</p>

?Oh yeah, I think about kids all the time. I feel like the next person I commit to, that?s going to be the guy who I?m going to have kids with. That?s in my crazy female brain. So that?s why I?m like, ?I can?t commit.? ?

On if she feels competitive with other young actresses:
?Yeah, sometimes. But the funny thing is, the girls that I?m always up against for roles are pretty nice and cool, like Emma Watson. She?s awesome. She?s really funny and smart. And Carey Mulligan. It?s flattering to be up against her because she?s really good, and she?s cool too?I think the era of the diva actress is coming to an end.?
